Thailand Khonburi “C-Line” Sugar Mill EPC Project with Daily Crushing Sugarcane 12,000 tons 

The commenced date for construction of this project was 28th Aug. 2014, after more than 15 months construction, the project started milling on 12th Dec. 2015, and only took 56 hours to produce high quality raw sugar since sugarcane entering pretreatment system. The daily milling amount of the 27th day after start milling reached 13,182 tons, which exceeded the designed requirement as 12,000 T/D, creating the fastest speed of producing raw sugar and reaching productivity for new built sugar mill in Thailand. Among them, the reduce extraction rate reached 97.05% (designed as: ≥97%), POL of raw sugar reached 99.22% (designed as: ≥98.5%), color of raw sugar reached 1280IU (designed as: ≤1500IU), purity of final molasses was 30.75AP (designed as: ≤ 32AP). 98% of the equipments of the sugar mill comes from China, and the production and operation of the sugar mill has been stable in the passing two milling seasons since it was completed. The quality of product is high and every indexes reach and exceed the designed requirements.
